Shipping Policy, Right of Withdrawal, and Legal Guarantee
This policy is governed by the applicable consumer legislation, including Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
I. Shipping and Delivery Times
Processing: Packages are prepared and generally shipped within 48 hours (business days) after payment is received.
Maximum Standard Delivery Time (Mainland and EU): Delivery will be made within a maximum of 5 to 7 business days from shipment.
Delivery Time for Specific Areas: For the USA / Canada / UK, delivery may take up to 15 business days.
Considerations: Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination, product type, and courier service.
No Delivery Days: No deliveries are made on Saturdays or holidays.
Address Restriction: No orders are accepted to P.O. Boxes.
II. Cost and Customs
Cost Calculation: Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order and the destination. This cost is calculated automatically and will be visible in the order summary before finalizing the purchase.
Cost Optimization: We suggest placing large or shared orders to minimize shipping expenses.
Customs Taxes: Any applicable customs duties or tariffs will be at the customer's expense.
III. Right of Withdrawal (Return for Change of Mind)
In accordance with the regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without needing to provide justification.
Withdrawal Period: The consumer has a minimum period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This period begins on the day the customer, or a third party appointed by them (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
In the case of delivery of multiple goods in a single order delivered separately, the period begins from the day the customer takes possession of the last item.
Exceptions: Does not apply to personalized, custom-made goods, or goods that by their nature cannot be returned (such as hygiene products or perishable food). Does not apply to sealed goods for hygiene or health reasons if the seal is broken, nor to digital content if it has been downloaded or consumed.
How to Exercise: To exercise the right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract via an unequivocal statement (e.g., via email to info@mallorcashop.net). It is recommended to use a method that allows you to prove the date of sending the communication.
Return of the Product: Once the withdrawal is notified, the customer has 14 calendar days to return the product to our facilities.
Return Costs: The customer will bear the direct return shipping cost (return shipping fees).
Refund to Customer: Once the product is received or proof of its return is provided, we will refund all payments received, including the initial delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the customer selecting a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer).
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the product at our facilities.
The refund will be made using the same payment method employed by the customer for the initial transaction unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise and as long as the refund does not incur any charges for the customer.
Product Responsibility: The customer will only be responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
IV. Legal Warranty for Lack of Conformity (Defective Product)
This warranty covers products that do not comply with the contract (are defective or do not function as advertised).
Warranty Period: All our new products are covered by a legal warranty of three (3) years from delivery for any lack of conformity present at the time of delivery.
Customer Rights: In case of lack of conformity, the customer has the right to free repair or replacement of the product. If this is not possible or disproportionate, the customer may request a price reduction or contract cancellation (refund).
Notification of Lack of Conformity: The customer must inform us of the lack of conformity within two (2) months of becoming aware of the issue.
V. Claims for Breakage During Transport (Specific Conditions)
This clause is additional to the legal warranty and focuses on damage caused by the carrier.
Mandatory Inspection: The customer is required to inspect the contents of the shipment upon receipt.
Specific Claim Period: To ensure a return for breakage caused by transport, the customer must notify us of the incident immediately at the time of receipt or, at the latest, within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
