Palo liquor of Mallorca
Artisan Palo. This delicious liqueur has been produced in ar ARTISAN manner by the same method that this company used in the XIX century.
It is obtained from the caramelisation of sugar and infusions of aromatic plants, such as Quina Calisaya and Gentiana, adding a select alchohol of molasses to then be subject finally to a process of aging in wooden barrels.
How to take
In Mallorca Palo consumed as a snack. Its typical presentation is in a glass with ice and soda, but also can be taken alone or with ice. It is recommended to always serve very cold.
