The orchards are located in the Tramuntana Mountain range and have a registered guarantee of origin. Predio Son Quint is solely produced within Oli de Mallorca which guarantees its incomparable origin, producing Virgin Extra. The juice of the olive is extracted cold, which results in an elaborated blend of small arbequina olives, picual olives & empeltre olives. This combination gives it a unique personality, which is being accepted very rapidly and is highly esteemed amongst the gastronomical professionals.
