Shipments

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment. All our shipments have a maximum delivery time from 5 to 7 working days after receipt of payment**.

** The deadlines outside Spain depend by location, type of product and service messaging.

Shipping is effected by transport 24 h. No deliveries will take place in Saturdays or holidays.


The user is obliged to check the contents of the consignment at the time of its receipt and inform us immediately of claims that arise.


After a period of 48 hours after receiving the return is not guaranteed due to breakage in transport.

What is the cost of shipping?

The transportation cost depends on total order weight and destination. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order and destination, is determined in order to apply the following fares:

Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Switzerland.

Zone 2: Finland, Norway, Ireland, Sweden, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Romania.

Zone 3: United States (USA), Canada.

Zone 4: South America, Central America, Mexico. (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay, Venezuela ...).

Zone 5: Spain, Portugal, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera, Andorra.

Zone 6: Canary Islands.

Zone 7: Mallorca.

Zone 8: China.

Zone 9: Russia.

Zone 10: Germany.

A good way to minimize the cost of transportation is making a big order, even shared among several people. Maximum weight per order is 25 kg. For orders weighing more please contact us. We will not serve orders to PO Boxes.
